Laura and Mark’s Waterhead Hotel, Ambleside wedding. The wind and rain kept up all day but they didn’t let that spoil things and even braved the elements to have some fun photos outside!
Amy and Mike will be getting married at the beautiful Silverholme Manor in the Lake District next year. We met up for a little look around, chat about their wedding photography on the big day and a few fun photographs. With Spring seemingly arriving late this year, everything seems to have burst forth all of a sudden making for some stunning scenery.
I believe in love. In a world where things can be really tough, we need love. Love to help us through, hold us together, lift us up and sometimes carry us along. Love makes us happy and strong and a wedding where the love flows freely is the best wedding in the world. This was the wedding of Angharad and John, full of love from start to finish between sisters, parents, families and friends…
that shot at night of the rain in the foreground is so money. well done.
Beautiful wedding. Love all the little glimpses of emotions. Awesome rain portraits too!
oh my gosh. the excitement and joy you captured here from beginning to end is just beautiful. it’s clear from how easy the couple are with each other in the images that they were really comfortable with you behind the camera! so much love and happiness – i’m sure they’re just thrilled with these. and yes – sparkly rain portrait FTW!!! it’s perfect!
Love that umbrella shot
