It was a beautiful sunny Autumn day when I met up with Jon, Naomi and Joe for their family shoot. We met up at Brockhole near Windermere and had some fun!

Windermere Ferry

The Windermere Ferry has been operating for over 500 years, but not this particular one! It started as a rowing boat and cuts from Ferry Nab near Bowness to Far Sawrey; a handy shortcut to Beatrix Potter’s Hill Top house at Near Sawrey. It was so chilly there were plates of ice floating on the lake looking across to the Round House on Belle Isle.
