Ashton Memorial Wedding, Lancaster
“They are lovely! We especially like the natural shots you have taken – they have really made us smile, thank you!” Danielle & David
Danielle and David got married at the stunning Ashton Memorial in Williamson Park, Lancaster. They travelled on to Forrest Hills in a classic double decker bus with their guests. It was a blustery day with beautiful Autumn colours. Thanks for letting me share the fun!

Ashton Memorial – “At around 50m tall, it dominates the Lancaster skyline and is visible for many miles around. The building is in the Edwardian Baroque style and was designed by John Belcher. It has been described as “England’s grandest folly” and the “Taj Mahal of the North””. It’s situated in the beautiful Williamson Park, in Lancaster.
Forrest Hills – “Full of natural wood and stone, it’s a building crammed with character: this is no grey, corporate space, but a beautiful venue designed to blend with its surroundings. And it boasts wonderful surroundings. With a lakeside setting at the edge of the Forest of Bowland, Forrest Hills offers a lush, leafy and scenic setting for a range of events”.
